The Bricklayer was a large set of illustrations requested by the screen writer Lyvia Martinez. It was meant as a personal project and gift to her father. The illustrations are based on The Bricklayer’s Lament – by Gerard Hoffnung. In the end she put all the illustrations and animated them along with the audio from original Bricklayer’s Lament. The result was amazing and this was one of the best projects I had the chance to work on.
